Know when every wedding payment is due
Find the month when your wedding bills land.
The schedule needs JavaScript. How deposits and balances add up is explained below.
Your wedding
Needed only for balances due a number of weeks before the wedding.
Budget is how much. The schedule is when.
A budget that fits can still arrive all at once. Venues, caterers and photographers each take a deposit when you book and the rest before the day, and those balances tend to land in the same few weeks. Seeing the months side by side shows you where the money needs to be ready.
Deposits are part of the total
A €10,000 contract with a 30% deposit is a €3,000 deposit and a €7,000 balance: €10,000 in all, not €13,000. If a contract has payments in between, add each one with its amount and date, and the final balance is whatever is left.
Example. A €10,000 venue: €3,000 deposit paid, €2,000 of the balance paid early. Paid €5,000, still to pay €5,000. With an €8,400 caterer asking €1,500 now and €3,000 after the tasting, the rest of that contract is €3,900.
Missing dates
A payment without a date still counts towards what is left to pay, but it is not put into a month, because that would be a guess. It waits under Needs a date until your contract says when.
Using the downloads
The CSV has one row per payment, for a spreadsheet. The calendar file adds each payment still to make as an all-day event, with the amount due in the description. Both are a snapshot: after you pay something or change a date, download again.
Questions
Is it free?
Yes. The schedule, every vendor, partial payments, the monthly totals and the downloads are free, with no account and no email.
Where do my amounts go?
Nowhere. The schedule is worked out in your browser and saved on this browser only. Clear it with Clear saved data.
Does it add tips or tax?
No. Enter each contract total as the full amount you will pay. If something is billed separately, add it as its own vendor.
Can a balance be due after the wedding?
Yes. Some contracts settle after the day. It is shown with a note, not refused.
