Pick the number of people who will sit down to dinner. You will get the guest tables, the rest of the rental order and whether the room will hold it.
Divide your guest count by 8 and by 10, round up, then add your table, a vendor table and the service tables. The comfortable numbers are 8 at a 60-inch round and 10 at a 72-inch round.
